Welcome to the world of precision and innovation at Jiangsu Aice Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. Your ultimate destination for cutting-edge measurement solutions.
I. Basic Setting Complete the installation of the instrument, then simply set the installation height and select the standard weir/flume type for seamless operation. II. Installation Height Setting Depending on the water measuring weir/flume type, installation height measurements vary. Below are the standard methods for various weirs/flumes: Parshall Flume: Measure the vertical distance from the ultrasonic transducer (probe) end to the flume's internal bottom in meters. Rectangular Weir: Measure the vertical distance from the probe end to the lowest point of the weir's water outlet, in meters. Triangular Weir: Measure the vertical distance from the probe end to the right-angle point of the weir's water outlet, in meters.
III. Flumes/Weirs Selection and Setting Corresponding Geometric Parameters Choose the appropriate flume/weir type based on actual conditions. Set the corresponding geometric parameters accordingly. For instance: Parshall Flume: Select 'Parshall Flume' and set the standard flume number based on the throat section width, as detailed in Table 1. Rectangular Weir: Choose 'Rectangular Weir' and configure the channel width, weir width, and bottom height. Adjust the rectangular weir's geometric parameters as necessary.
