Our Digital Intelligent Temperature Controller Meter is designed for the precise measurement and control of temperature, pressure, liquid levels, lengths, and more. Utilizing a state-of-the-art microprocessor for digital operations, this device ensures high-precision linear corrections for a variety of non-linear signals.
Our advanced light column display controller merges the accuracy of digital measurement display with the clarity of analog display. Featuring a digital LED display, it delivers precise real-time measurement values. Additionally, the high-precision 40-line light column display provides a clear and intuitive visual representation, allowing for easy comparison with other measured parameters.
The controller offers a user-friendly interface for setting internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
With the ability to switch input index numbers seamlessly, our controller utilizes advanced jumperless technology. This enables changes to be made without altering the jumper or switch settings. The entire process can be performed without powering down the instrument; simply set the index number and parameters, and the input index can be modified online.
Supporting multi-computer communication, the display controller is equipped with various standard serial bi-directional communication functions, such as RC232C, RS485, and RS422. With a freely adjustable communication baud rate of 300 ~ 9600bps, it can interface with multiple devices like computers, PLCs, and more. The device is paired with a data collector and industrial control configuration software on the Windows 9X platform, enabling efficient network management for multiple meters and upper computer systems.
