1. INTRODUCTION

Our state-of-the-art Pressure Transmitter Oil Sensor is engineered to comply flawlessly with the MODBUS communication protocol. It utilizes the sub-centralized RTU mode and operates in the robust RS485 half-duplex mode, ensuring seamless and reliable communication.

Serial Port Configuration: No parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, meticulously set for optimal performance.
Example Configuration: 9600,N,8,1. This signifies: 9600bps baud rate, no parity, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit, providing clarity and precision in data communication.
Our transmitter supports an extensive range of serial baud rates for versatile applications: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200.
CRC Checksum Polynomial: 0xA001, ensuring data integrity and reliability through rigorous error checking.
The data communication process is meticulously managed using double-byte shaped data. For floating-point numbers, our system accurately reads and writes the decimal point, enabling precise data size determination.

Installation Instructions

When adjusting the baud rate of the China Manufacturer Pressure Transmitter Oil Sensor, the transmitter will confirm the new baud rate received from the host. Following this confirmation, the transmitter will update its baud rate to the specified target value.
Upon modifying the transmitter's address, the device will initially confirm its pre-modification address. Post-confirmation, the transmitter will automatically update to the new address.
When you issue the save and reply factory command, the transmitter will revert to its original value, indicating that it has successfully accepted the command from the host.
Be cautious when restoring factory settings. The factory parameters may differ from those set by the user. This means that the address, baud rate, and calibration data may change. Post-restoration, it is essential to search and reconfigure the transmitter to ensure correct settings.
Users can modify only three key parameters: address, baud rate, and zero offset.
For calibration or alteration of calibration data, please contact Jiangsu Aice Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. for the appropriate calibration software. Unauthorized attempts to modify calibration data will trigger an exception code from the transmitter. Utilize our provided calibration software for any calibration needs.
If the data being read is identified as a floating-point number, like 6.000, but the protocol indicates it as shaped data, it will be read as 6000. The decimal point is then used for conversion. For instance, if the decimal point is 3, the calculation would be 6000/10^3, resulting in 6.000.
