When modifying the baud rate, the transmitter will respond with the current baud rate delivered by the host. Following this acknowledgment, the transmitter's baud rate will seamlessly transition to the newly specified target value.
Upon modifying the address, the transmitter will initially reply with the pre-modification address. After this confirmation, the transmitter’s address will be promptly updated to reflect the new configuration.
Executing the 'Save and Reply' factory command will yield the original preset value, signifying that the transmitter has successfully accepted and processed the host command.
When restoring factory settings, please be aware that factory-saved parameters may differ from user-defined ones. Consequently, addresses, baud rates, and calibration data may vary. Hence, a thorough search of the transmitter is essential after resetting to factory parameters.
Users are permitted to modify only three parameters: address, baud rate, and zero offset. These elements are crucial for optimal transmitter performance.
For calibration adjustments or changes to calibration data, please contact our company for the appropriate calibration software. Unauthorized user commands to alter calibration data will trigger a command exception code from the transmitter. Use the dedicated calibration software for any calibration modifications.
In instances where the data to be read is a floating point number (e.g., 6.000), but protocol communication defines it as an integer format (e.g., 6000), the data is read as 6000. The decimal point placement converts it back to the floating point number. For instance, with a decimal precision of 3, the calculation is 6000 / 10^3, resulting in the value 6.000.
