1. INTRODUCTION

Our Digital Temperature Controller Meter with RS485 is designed for precise measurement and control of various parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a sophisticated microprocessor, it ensures high-precision linear correction for an array of non-linear signals.
The light column display controller seamlessly integrates digital measurement display with analog measurement capabilities. Featuring a digital LED display, it offers accurate real-time measurement values. Additionally, the high-precision 40-line light column display provides a clear and intuitive visualization, enabling easy comparison with other measured parameters.
The intuitive interface of our display controller allows users to set and modify internal parameters (including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings) with ease.
Our display controller is equipped with advanced jumperless technology, enabling users to switch input index numbers without the need to change jumpers or switches. This can be done online, without powering off the instrument, by simply setting the index number and related parameters.
With support for multi-computer communication, our display controller offers a range of standard serial bi-directional communication options, including RC232C, RS485, and RS422, with baud rates from 300 to 9600bps. It seamlessly integrates with various devices (such as computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs) to create an intelligent management system. Coupled with a data collector and full Chinese industrial control configuration software for Windows 9X, network management of multiple meters and the upper computer is effortlessly achieved.
