SAC-131-PM Flat Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter, including strain type and diffusion silicon front type, strain type flat diaphragm type measuring end with special treatment of strong flush diaphragm, the hard particles in the measured medium will not damage the isolated flush diaphragm. Compact structure, corrosion resistance, anti-vibration, anti-particle impact, wide range of temperature compensation. Use and Installation
The pressure transmitter should be installed in a place with low temperature fluctuation as much as possible, and avoid vibration and shock.
Pressure transmitter can be installed directly on the measurement point. The connection thread: M20*1.5, M16*1.5, G1/2, G1/4, NPT1/2 and NPT1/4. For special threads or flanges, please contact your sales representative.
The signal should not be run through conduit or open trunking with other power lines, or near high power equipment.
If the transmitter is required to use a pilot tube, you should pay attention to the strong corrosive or superheated media should not be in contact with the transmitter to prevent slag in the pilot tube to prevent precipitation, the pilot tube as short as possible. And in the measurement of steam or other high-temperature media, the working temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit, for steam measurement, the pilot tube should be filled with water to prevent the transmitter from direct contact with steam.

Pressure transmitter safety instructions
The transmitter should be handled and installed with care to avoid collisions that could affect the performance of the circuit.
Do not touch the isolation diaphragm inside the pressure inlet of the transmitter with foreign objects.
The external threads of the transmitter must be sealed, otherwise the pressure will be unstable.

This product is not allowed to be used in explosion-proof situations.

Caution
The transmitter is used in media that are non-corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (or aluminum alloy)
The maximum pressure that may occur instantaneously in the measured system must not exceed the   
load pressure rating.
The back end of the pressure transmitter must not come into contact with conductive or corrosive liquids or gases.
No sharp or hard objects should be inserted into the pressure input hole to prevent damage to the core.
Water must not enter the back lead of the sensor.
Please strictly follow the precautions when using, otherwise you will be responsible for the
consequences.
