1. INTRODUCTION

This advanced protocol adheres to the MODBUS communication standard, utilizing the sophisticated sub-centralized RTU mode and RS485 half-duplex operation within the MODBUS framework.

Serial Port Configuration: No parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit.
Example: 9600, N, 8, 1 Explanation: Operates at 9600bps, with no parity, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit.
The transmitter offers versatile support for various serial baud rates: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200.
CRC Checksum Polynomial: 0xA001.
Data communication adheres to a double-byte format for processing. When handling floating-point numbers, ensure the decimal point is read accurately to determine the data size.

Installation Instructions



To modify the baud rate, the transmitter will acknowledge with the host-specified baud rate. Once acknowledged, the baud rate will automatically update to the new target value.
When changing the address, the transmitter will respond with the pre-modification address. After this acknowledgment, the address will be automatically updated to the new one.
Issuing the save and reply factory command will result in the transmitter returning the original value, indicating successful command recognition and acceptance.
When restoring factory settings, note that factory-saved parameters may differ from user-saved ones. Address, baud rate, and calibration data may vary, necessitating a re-scan of the transmitter post-restoration.
Users are only permitted to modify three specific data points: address, baud rate, and zero offset.
For calibration or modification of calibration data, please contact our company to obtain the appropriate calibration software. User-initiated commands to change calibration data will cause an exception. Always use our provided software for these modifications.
If data readout is a floating point number like 6.000, but the protocol requires integer data communication (e.g., 6000), calculate the floating point by acknowledging the decimal point: 6000/10^3 equals 6.000.
