The display controller is suitable for precise measurement and control of various temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, lengths, and more. Utilizing a state-of-the-art microprocessor for digital operations, it provides high-precision linear correction for various non-linear signals.
This innovative light column display controller seamlessly integrates digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display, it offers accurate real-time measurement values. Simultaneously, its high-definition 40-line light column display provides a clear, intuitive visualization of real-time measurements, enabling effortless comparison with other parameters.
The display controller comes with a user-friendly interface for setting internal parameters such as input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings.
Our display controller features advanced jumperless technology, allowing multiple index numbers input without altering any jumper or switch settings. The process is streamlined and requires no power-off, enabling online adjustments of index numbers and related parameters for seamless operation.
This display controller supports multi-computer communication with a variety of standard serial bi-directional communication functions. It offers diverse connection options including RC232C, RS485, and RS422, with communication baud rates ranging from 300 to 9600bps. The internal parameters can be freely set, and it can communicate with various devices like computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs, forming a sophisticated intelligent management system. Additionally, our controller is equipped with a data collector and Chinese industrial control configuration software based on the Windows 9X platform, facilitating easy network management of multiple meters and upper computers.
