Our RS485 Water Temperature Controller with Digital Display is adept at measuring and controlling an array of parameters including temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. By leveraging a sophisticated microprocessor, it guarantees high-precision linear correction for a variety of non-linear signals.
The light column display controller masterfully integrates both digital and analog measurement displays. The digital LED display ensures precise real-time measurement values, while the high-precision 40-line light column display provides a clear and intuitive visualization for easy comparison with other measured parameters.
The display controller offers an accessible interface for users to set internal parameters such as input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters, ensuring customization and flexibility.
With its advanced jumperless technology, our display controller allows seamless switching of multiple input index numbers without the need to change jumpers or switches. The entire process can be conducted without powering off the instrument, simply set the index number and related parameters to make online changes.
Our display controller supports multi-computer communication with a variety of standard serial two-way communication functions, including RC232C, RS485, and RS422. The communication baud rate ranges from 300 to 9600bps, with customizable instrument internal parameters. It can seamlessly communicate with various devices (such as computers, programmable controllers, PLCs) to form an intelligent management system. With the addition of a data collector and Windows 9X platform-based full Chinese industrial control configuration software, it easily facilitates network management for multiple meters and the upper computer.
