1.INTRODUCTION

 The integrated vibration transmitter integrates vibration sensor and precision measurement circuit together to form a high precision vibration measurement system, which is suitable for vibration measurement of machines from 600rpm to 60,000 rpm (10-1000Hz), the transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC or other equipment, which is ideal for measuring vibration of fans, motors, pumps and other factory equipment.

Installation Instructions

 

Installation position: install on the measured vibration point, fix the bottom of the transmitter on the measured shell, and then screw the transmitter on it to tighten.

 Wiring instructions: The brown wire is connected to the positive end of DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the negative end of DC24V power supply, while the brown and blue wires are also 4-20mA output leads. The connection wire requires good insulation performance and adopts two-core shielded cable, and the wiring diagram of two-wire system is as follows.
