a) Installation of the equipment must be done without pressurization and without power supply.
b) The transmitter must be installed by a professional technician who has read and understood this operation
manual.
c) The transmitter has a diffused silicon oil-filled core, which can cause an explosion if used improperly. To
ensure safety, measuring oxygen is strictly prohibited.
d) This product is not explosion-proof and its use in an explosion-proof area can cause serious personal injury
and significant material damage.
e) It is forbidden to measure media that are not compatible with the transmitter contact material.
f) When receiving the product, please check if the packaging is intact and verify that the transmitter model and
specifications match the product you have purchased.
g) Do not make any modifications or changes on the device.

i) To ensure safe and reliable operation of the transmitter, it is recommended that a three-valve set be installed
between the measured point and the transmitter to ensure that the measured medium is slowly and evenly added to
the positive and negative pressure cavity of the differential pressure transmitter.
j) When installing, it is recommended that both ends of the pressure interface be horizontal so that the
installation position has minimal impact on the transmitter. If the interface size and the field interface size does not
match, you can make your own adapters to connect.
k) Try to install in the temperature gradient change small occasions.
l) If the transmitter is installed in a harsh site will encounter lightning strikes or overvoltage and other
dangerous damage, we recommend that users in the distribution box or between the power supply and the
transmitter to protect against lightning strikes and overvoltage.
m) When measuring steam or other high temperature media, be careful not to let the medium temperature
exceed the working temperature limit of the transmitter. If necessary, a cooling device needs to be installed.
n) Installation should be installed between the transmitter and the medium with a pressure shut-off valve to
facilitate maintenance and prevent the pressure port from blocking and affecting the measurement accuracy.
o) This product is a weak power device, the wiring must be laid separately from the strong power cables, and
the relevant national wiring standards (GB/T50312-2016) should be observed for wiring.
p) Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the transmitter power supply requirements. Ensure that the
maximum static pressure is within the tolerable range of this transmitter.
q) During pressure measurement, slowly pressurize and depressurize the transmitter to avoid instantaneous
pressurization to high pressure or decreasing to low pressure.
r) Make sure the transmitter is disconnected from the pressure source and power supply when disassembling
the transmitter to avoid accidents caused by media ejection.
s) The sensor is a precision device, so please do not disassemble it by yourself when using it, and do not touch
the diaphragm to avoid damage to the product.
