The Digital Display Controller for Water Temperature is engineered for the accurate measurement and control of various parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing an advanced microprocessor, it performs high-precision linear corrections for a diverse array of non-linear signals.
Combining the best of both worlds, our light column display controller integrates digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display, it accurately shows real-time measurement values. Simultaneously, the high-precision 40-line light column display offers a clear and intuitive view for easy comparison with other measured parameters.
The display controller offers a user-friendly interface to set internal parameters of the instrument. This includes input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters, allowing you to customize the device to your specific needs.
Our display controller supports seamless switching between multiple index numbers without the need for jumper or switch alterations, thanks to advanced jumperless technology. Change the index number and related parameters easily, without powering off the instrument, enabling online modifications.
The display controller excels in multi-computer communication, featuring a variety of standard serial bi-directional communication functions. Options include RC232C, RS485, and RS422, with a freely adjustable communication baud rate of 300 ~ 9600bps. It can interact with various devices like computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs to create an intelligent management system. The integration with a data collector and full Chinese industrial control configuration software based on the Windows 9X platform facilitates easy network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
