The Intelligent Controller for Water Temperature Meter is a versatile display controller designed for precise measurement and control of various parameters including temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a microprocessor for advanced digital operations, it ensures high-precision linear correction for a wide range of non-linear signals.
Our state-of-the-art light column display controller seamlessly integrates digital and analog measurement displays. The digital LED display provides an accurate real-time measurement value, while the 40-line high-precision light column display offers a clear and intuitive visualization for easy comparison with other parameters.
The user-friendly interface of the display controller allows easy setting of internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters, ensuring a tailored experience.
This innovative display controller supports the seamless switching of multiple input index numbers using advanced jumperless technology. The entire process can be performed without powering down the instrument, simply by setting the index number and related parameters online.
The display controller is equipped for multi-computer communication with various standard bi-directional serial communication functions (e.g., RC232C, RS485, RS422), offering a communication baud rate of 300 ~ 9600bps. It seamlessly integrates with devices such as computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs to create an intelligent management system. Featuring a data collector and industrial control configuration software based on the Windows 9X platform, it facilitates efficient network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
