The Intelligent Controller Loop is designed for precise measurement and control of various parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid levels, and lengths. Powered by an advanced microprocessor, it performs digital operations ensuring high precision linear correction for all types of non-linear signals.
Our light column display controller seamlessly combines digital and analog measurement displays. The digital LED display ensures accurate real-time measurement values, while the high-precision 40-line light column display provides clear, intuitive visual comparison with other parameters.
Users have customizable access to the instrument's internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings, thereby offering flexible control to meet diverse application needs.
The controller allows for seamless switching between multiple index numbers using advanced jumper-free technology. This innovative design eliminates the need to power off the instrument or change physical jumpers. Simply set the desired index number and parameters to update the input index online effortlessly.
Our display controller features robust multi-computer communication capabilities with support for various standard serial bi-directional communication protocols (e.g., RC232C, RS485, RS422). Communication baud rates range from 300 to 9600bps, configurable within the instrument's parameters. It can integrate with devices like computers, PLCs, and programmable controllers to create an intelligent management system. Additionally, equipped with a data collector and Windows 9X based full Chinese industrial control configuration software, it facilitates easy network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
