The Digital Display Controller Single Loop AC 220V is engineered for precision measurement and control of various parameters including temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a microprocessor for digital operations, it ensures high accuracy with linear correction for a range of non-linear signals.
This innovative light column display controller merges digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display for accurate real-time measurement readouts, it also includes a high-precision 40-line light column display that offers clear, intuitive visual comparison with other parameters.
Our display controller provides users with an interface to set internal instrument parameters like input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings, enhancing overall usability and customization.
Advanced technology allows the display controller to switch between multiple index numbers without the need for jumper or switch adjustments. This seamless process, which does not require power-down, ensures efficient online changes by simply setting the index number and related parameters.
The display controller excels in multi-computer communication with a variety of standard serial bi-directional communication options including RC232C, RS485, and RS422. It supports baud rates from 300 to 9600bps, facilitating flexible and robust communication with devices like computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs. Coupled with data collectors and Windows 9X-based industrial control software, it enables comprehensive network management for multiple meters and upper computer systems.
