Inside, it boasts a high-precision, high-stability diffusion silicon core as the transmitter's pressure-sensitive chip, complemented by a high-performance amplifier circuit. The measurement end employs a specially crafted solid diaphragm and an exquisite mechanical transfer structure design, ensuring that even in harsh environments like hard sand, the isolation of the flat diaphragm remains undamaged. Rigorous factory testing, including thousands of fatigue impact tests, guarantees its robustness across diverse challenging working conditions. This product features a fully sealed structure, compact design, corrosion resistance, anti-vibration properties, and resistance to hard sand impact. Additionally, it offers a wide range of temperature compensation and can seamlessly replace similar foreign original imported products.
Applications for this sensor are vast. It is ideal for wet soil, mud measurement, fracturing trucks, shield machinery, loaders, hydraulic machinery, brick making machinery, and crude oil exploration and measurement.
