The Digital Temperature Controller with RS485 is an exceptional display controller designed for the precise measurement and control of a variety of parameters including temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Equipped with a microprocessor for digital operations, it offers high-precision linear correction for diverse non-linear signals.
This advanced light column display controller uniquely integrates digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display, it accurately captures and presents real-time measurement values while the high-precision 40-line light column display provides a clear, intuitive visual comparison with other measured parameters.
Our display controller empowers users with access to internal parameter settings of the instrument. This includes configurations for input types, operation modes, output parameters, and communication parameters, ensuring versatility and customization.
Experience seamless adaptability with our display controller's capability to switch input index numbers without the need for jumper or switch adjustments. Utilizing advanced jumperless technology, users can change the input index number by simply setting the related parameters, all without powering off the instrument, allowing for uninterrupted operation.
Our display controller supports multi-computer communication and offers a range of standard serial bi-directional communication options, including RC232C, RS485, and RS422. With a flexible communication baud rate of 300 ~ 9600bps, it can easily interface with various devices such as computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs to create a sophisticated intelligent management system. Additionally, it comes equipped with data collectors and industrial control configuration software based on the Windows 9X platform, facilitating seamless network management.
