1. INTRODUCTION

The display controller is expertly designed for accurate measurement and control of various parameters such as temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a sophisticated microprocessor for digital operation, it guarantees high-precision linear correction for diverse non-linear signals.
Combining the best of both worlds, the light column display controller merges digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display, it provides an accurate real-time measurement value. Additionally, the high-precision 40-line light column display offers a clear and intuitive visual representation for easy comparison with other measured parameters.
Our display controller offers a user-friendly interface for setting internal parameters (including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters).
The display controller supports seamless switching between multiple index numbers, thanks to advanced jumperless technology. This allows for changing the input index number online without the need to power off the instrument or alter the jumper or switch settings. Simply set the index number and related parameters to switch the input index number effortlessly.
Equipped with robust multi-computer communication capabilities, the display controller supports various standard serial bi-directional communication functions, including RC232C, RS485, and RS422. With a configurable baud rate of 300 to 9600bps, it seamlessly integrates with devices featuring serial input and output (such as computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs) to form an intelligent management system. Coupled with data collectors and full Chinese industrial control configuration software on the Windows 9X platform, it enables easy network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
