The revolutionary light column display controller merges digital and analog measurement displays into one system. With a precise digital LED display, it accurately reflects real-time measurement values. Additionally, its high-precision 40-line light column display offers a clear and intuitive visualization of real-time data, empowering users to effortlessly compare it with other measured parameters.
This advanced display controller provides users with an accessible interface to adjust internal instrument parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings.
Our display controller is engineered for flexibility, allowing multiple index numbers to be input seamlessly. Thanks to sophisticated jumperless technology, the input index number can be modified without altering any jumpers or switches. Remarkably, the instrument's parameters can be updated online without the need for power-off, ensuring continuous operation.
Supporting multi-computer communication, our display controller offers a variety of standard serial bidirectional communication functions, including RC232C, RS485, and RS422, with adjustable baud rates from 300 to 9600bps. It seamlessly integrates with devices featuring serial input and output, such as computers and PLCs, to create an intelligent management system. Moreover, with a data collector and Windows 9X-compatible industrial control configuration software, it facilitates easy implementation of network management for multiple instruments and upper computers.
