Our High Precision Digital Differential Pressure Transmitter is a state-of-the-art, multi-functional device designed to meet the increasing demands of industrial field applications. Combining advanced capacitive sensor technology, single-chip computer technology, and sensor digital conversion technology, this transmitter guarantees excellent quality and reliability.
With its 16-bit single-chip microcomputer, our transmitter boasts powerful functions and high-speed computing capabilities, ensuring accurate and precise measurements. The software incorporates digital signal processing technology, providing exceptional anti-interference ability and zero point stability. It also features zero point automatic stable tracking ability (ZSC) and temperature automatic compensation ability (TSC).
The user-friendly interface eliminates the need for a communicator, allowing for easy operation. The digital meter displays three physical quantities: pressure, temperature, and current, with a 0-100% analog indication. Basic parameters such as zero point migration, range setting, and damping setting can be easily adjusted without a standard pressure source, simplifying on-site debugging.
The S-PORT serial communication port enables direct communication with a computer through a dedicated transfer module. For added convenience, connecting a special RS485 module allows for remote transmission of digital signals or the creation of an RS485 industrial LAN.
For those requiring HART communication capability, our transmitter offers an optional HART module. This module enables general operation with a general-purpose communicator and allows for calibration and temperature compensation using our dedicated communication equipment and software.
The integrated design of signal conversion, signal acquisition and processing, and current output control ensures a compact and reliable structure. The sensitive parts are stable, reliable, and anti-vibration, guaranteeing accurate and consistent measurements.
