Our display controller excels in measuring and controlling a wide range of parameters including temperature, pressure, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a microprocessor for digital operations, it ensures high-precision linear correction for various non-linear signals.
The light column display controller integrates both digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display, it provides precise real-time measurement values, while the high-precision 40-line light column display offers a clear and intuitive visualization for easy comparison with other parameters.
The display controller offers a user-friendly interface for setting internal parameters, such as input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings.
Our display controller can switch between multiple index numbers using advanced jumperless technology. This technology allows for online changes of the index number without the need to power off or alter jumpers or switches, simplifying the process significantly.
Supporting multi-computer communication, our display controller includes various standard serial bi-directional communication functions. It offers multiple communication options (e.g., RC232C, RS485, RS422) with a freely settable baud rate of 300 to 9600bps. It seamlessly connects with various devices with serial input and output (e.g., computers, programmable controllers, PLCs), facilitating the formation of an intelligent management system. Additionally, equipped with a data collector and Windows 9X-based industrial control configuration software, it enables easy network management of multiple meters and a central computer.
