1. INTRODUCTION

The display controller is adept for the precise measurement and control of various parameters such as temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Equipped with a microprocessor for digital operations, it provides high-precision linear correction for diverse non-linear signals.
The light column display controller masterfully combines digital and analog measurement displays. It utilizes a digital LED display to accurately show real-time measurement values and a high-precision 40-line light column display for a clear and intuitive visual representation. This dual display system facilitates straightforward comparison with other measured parameters.
The display controller offers a user-friendly interface to set internal parameters of the instrument, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters.
Featuring advanced jumperless technology, the display controller allows users to switch input index numbers without changing jumpers or switches. This seamless transition does not require powering off the instrument; simply set the index number and related parameters to change the input index number online.
Supporting multi-computer communication, the display controller boasts a range of standard serial bi-directional communication functions. Users can select various communication connections (e.g., RC232C, RS485, RS422) and freely set communication baud rates from 300 to 9600bps within the instrument. It can interface with various serial input/output devices (e.g., computers, programmable controllers, PLCs) to form an intelligent management system. With a data collector and Windows 9X-based industrial control configuration software, it simplifies the network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
