The innovative light column display controller marries digital and analog measurement displays. With its digital LED display, it precisely shows real-time control measurements. Concurrently, its high-precision, 40-line light column display offers a clear and intuitive visualization of real-time values, enabling effortless comparison with other measured parameters.
Our display controller provides users with an accessible interface for setting the instrument’s internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters. This user-friendly interface simplifies the customization and configuration process significantly.
Equipped with advanced jumperless technology, our display controller allows for seamless switching of multiple input index numbers without the need to change jumpers or switches. The entire process does not require power down; simply set the desired index number and related parameters, and the input index number can be modified online effortlessly.
Supporting multi-computer communication, our display controller is versatile, featuring standard serial bi-directional communication capabilities such as RC232C, RS485, and RS422. With a freely settable communication baud rate of 300 ~ 9600bps, it integrates seamlessly with various devices, including computers, PLCs, and more. Paired with a data collector and industrial control configuration software on the Windows 9X platform, it facilitates comprehensive network management for both multiple meters and upper computers.
