Our light column display controller seamlessly merges digital and analog measurement displays. Featuring a digital LED display for real-time accuracy, alongside a high-precision 40-line light column display, it offers a clear, intuitive visualization of measurements. This dual-display system facilitates easy comparison with other measured parameters, enhancing operational efficiency.
The user-friendly interface of our display controller allows easy setting of internal instrument parameters, including input types, operation modes, output parameters, and communication parameters. This flexibility ensures customized and precise control for various applications.
Our display controller supports dynamic input switching with advanced jumperless technology. This innovation enables users to change input index numbers without altering jumpers or switches, and without powering off the instrument. Simply set the new index number and related parameters to update the input seamlessly.
The display controller is equipped for multi-computer communication with versatile bi-directional serial communication options (RC232C, RS485, RS422, etc.) and adjustable baud rates from 300 to 9600bps. It seamlessly integrates with various devices like computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs, forming an intelligent management system. Additionally, it includes a data collector and Chinese industrial control configuration software for Windows 9X, simplifying network management across multiple meters and upper computers.
