The precision digital instrument is of fully electronic structure, battery powered and easy to install on site. The output signal is amplified and processed by a high precision, low temperature drift amplifier and fed into a high precision A/D converter, which is converted into a digital signal that can be processed by a microprocessor, and the actual pressure value is displayed by an LCD display after arithmetic processing.

2. Switch the machine on and off
Hold down the ON/OFF key for more than 3 seconds to power ON, and hold down the ON/OFF key for more than 3 seconds to power off
3. Range query and online unit switching Settings
Press and hold the ZERO key for at least 3 seconds to clear zero on site.
4. Replace the battery
Unscrew the shell cover and replace the battery directly, which has no effect on the accuracy and other data.
Note: The factory has been strictly calibrated, no need for users to button again to modify, to prevent confusion!

 

Installation requirements
1. The instrument is a precision measuring instrument, which should be selected in a place with air circulation, easy observation, easy maintenance and non-corrosive operation.
2. The digital pressure gauge should be installed vertically on the ground plane.
3. When installing digital pressure gauges, it is necessary to install copper or polytetrafluorosealing gaskets.
4. This series of instrument can be used with bench pressure pump, pay attention to the matching of pressure range when using.
5. When installing and disassembling, remove the tool at the hexagon of the pressure gauge connector. Do not twist the gauge head by hand.

Use and maintenance
1. Usage method
1) After unpacking the box, first check whether the instruction manual, accessories and certificate are complete, determine whether they are in accordance with the order requirements, and check whether the outside of the instrument is intact.
2) Read the instruction manual carefully before installation, and check the instrument according to the technical indicators.
3) Install and use in strict accordance with the instructions.
4) The inspected products shall not be randomly replaced or changed electronic components, batteries and adjustment parameters.
5) During the deactivation or inventory period, the instrument should be turned off to stop working to extend the service life of the battery.
6) The user should replace the battery with the same type of battery, and replace it in the case of good ventilation and no gas leakage.

2. Maintenance items
1) Before installing a digital meter on the device, check whether the meter head and measuring hole are clean. Keep the pipe clean during use.
2) The digital pressure gauge can overpressure 1.5~2 times during use, but it can not be used for a long time, which will affect the accuracy of the measurement and may also damage the instrument.
3) Battery precautions: The factory equipped battery is non-rechargeable battery, it is strictly prohibited to charge.
Storage and transportation
1) The product should be stored in (-20~60) ºC, relative humidity is not greater than 85%, ventilated dry and non-corrosive gas warehouse.
2) The product is packed in the same package with the certificate, instruction manual and inspection report, and strong collision is strictly prohibited during transportation.
