Additionally, it utilizes the time difference between ultrasonic transmission and reception to accurately determine liquid levels. The sensor also accounts for static pressure levels under special conditions and incorporates ambient temperature measurements to correct the actual speed of ultrasonic propagation, ensuring unmatched precision and reliability.

2.1 Installation Instructions
To ensure installer safety and optimal sensor operation, please follow the installation instructions in the specified order.
:
1) Securely mount the meter box and sensor bracket.
2) Place the meter head into the meter case and secure it firmly.
3) Proceed to mount the sensor correctly.
4) Complete the electrical connections as outlined.

2.2 Mainframe Installation
Install the mainframe using either embedded or wall-mounted methods as per your preference.
1) Mainframe external dimensions: 176 x 150 x 86mm.

Wall mounting dimensions: 167 x 105mm.
Designed with four quick wall mounting holes, the product can be easily secured by fixing screws at the designated points and hanging the unit accordingly.
Note: Ensure the probe is installed only after the British line commissioning products are fixed. To prolong the instrument's service life, it should be adequately protected from sunlight and water exposure.

2.3 Sensor Installation
Precautions:
1) Handle the sensor with care to prevent any shock damage.
2) Avoid unscrewing the locking wire connector on the sensor during installation to prevent potential damage.
3) If the sensor is submerged in water, ensure the water does not freeze to avoid damaging the sensor.

1) Follow these criteria when selecting a sensor mounting location.
2) Position the sensor appropriately within the process to ensure accurate and representative measurements.
3) Install the sensor in an accessible location for regular cleaning and maintenance.
4) Mount the sensor where the process is well-mixed and operational downtime is minimal, typically at a sampling point.
5) Position the sensor near a representative sampling point for ease of operator sampling. Ensure the distance between the sensor and the sampling point does not exceed 1.5 meters (5 feet). During calibration and subsequent use, sampling the process for comparison with laboratory analysis results is crucial. Improper sampling can lead to inaccurate comparison results.

2.4 Sensor Installation Method
The installation method of immersing the sensor into the channel or pipe using a mounting bracket is ideal for general open channels, pipelines, and similar applications. This approach ensures optimal performance and accurate measurements.
For optimal performance, the sensor must be securely installed on the mounting bracket. Do not suspend the sensor in the water using the sensor cable. Ensure the sensor is immersed at least 30cm below the water surface, or at the typical sampling depth, and avoid direct exposure to intense light to preserve accuracy.
1) Choice of Installation Site
Select a location where the water flow is smooth and consistent to guarantee reliable measurements.
In areas where water flow is irregular and turbulent, measurements tend to be erratic and unstable, leading to significant errors. Always aim for smooth flow conditions to ensure precise data.
2) Requirements for Upstream and Downstream Channels
Ideally, the installation site should feature an upstream channel width of 10 times and a downstream width of 3 times the straight channel. This setup stabilizes the water flow for accurate readings.

The longer the straight upstream channel, the better. A lengthy, unobstructed upstream channel ensures smooth water flow, providing velocity measurements that closely match the actual flow. Avoid any obstructions, such as gates or weirs, to maintain a smooth and turbulence-free flow pattern in front of the sensor.
