The Multi Channel Digital Display Control Instrument is meticulously designed for the precise measurement and control of various parameters such as temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing an advanced microprocessor for digital operations, it ensures high-precision linear corrections for a range of non-linear signals.
Our innovative light column display controller seamlessly integrates both digital measurement display and analog measurement display. By employing a high-precision 40-line light column display along with a digital LED display, it delivers an accurate and clear real-time measurement value, facilitating intuitive comparisons with other parameters.
This display controller offers users a customizable interface for setting internal parameters, including input types, operation modes, output parameters, and communication settings, ensuring flexibility and user control.
Featuring advanced jumperless technology, the display controller allows for seamless switching between multiple index numbers without the need to power off or adjust physical jumpers or switches. Set the index number and related parameters on-the-fly for uninterrupted operation.
Our display controller supports multi-computer communication with a variety of standard serial bi-directional functions (such as RC232C, RS485, RS422, etc.), and customizable baud rates ranging from 300 to 9600bps. It easily interfaces with devices like computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs to form a comprehensive intelligent management system. Additionally, it comes equipped with a data collector and Windows 9X-based Chinese industrial control configuration software, streamlining the process of network management for multiple meters and the upper computer.
