Our Intelligent Digital Temperature Controller with LCD Display is designed for the precise measurement and control of diverse parameters such as temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, and lengths. Utilizing a state-of-the-art microprocessor for digital operations, it ensures high precision linear correction for various non-linear signals.
This advanced light column display controller uniquely integrates both digital and analog measurement displays. The digital LED display provides an accurate real-time measurement value, complemented by a high-precision 40-line light column display that offers clear and intuitive visualization, facilitating easy comparison with other measured parameters.
Our display controller offers an accessible interface for users to set internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters, ensuring a customizable and versatile user experience.
With the capability to switch and input multiple index numbers, our controller features cutting-edge jumperless technology, allowing you to change the input index number effortlessly without the need to alter the jumper or switch. This seamless adjustment can be performed online without powering off the device.
Supporting multi-computer communication, our display controller is equipped with a range of standard serial bi-directional communication functions, including options like RC232C, RS485, and RS422. The communication baud rate ranges from 300 to 9600bps, with freely set internal parameters. It can communicate with various devices, such as computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs, forming an intelligent management system. With a data collector and Windows 9X based Chinese industrial control configuration software, it facilitates network management of multiple meters and upper computers.
