The Liquid Level Display Temperature Controller is engineered for the meticulous measurement and control of various temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, lengths, and more. Utilizing a sophisticated microprocessor for digital operations, it ensures exceptionally high precision linear corrections for diverse non-linear signals.
This light column display controller masterfully integrates digital and analog measurement displays into one cohesive unit. Featuring a digital LED display, it provides an accurate and real-time visualization of measurement values. Additionally, its high-precision 40-line light column display allows for clear and intuitive comparisons with other measured parameters.
Our display controller offers a user-friendly interface for setting internal instrument parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication settings.
Adaptable and efficient, the display controller can switch between multiple index numbers using advanced jumperless technology. This means the input index number can be changed without altering the jumper or switch, and the entire process does not require powering off the instrument. Simply set the index number and related parameters for seamless online changes.
The display controller is equipped with multi-computer communication capabilities, featuring a variety of standard serial bi-directional communication options such as RC232C, RS485, and RS422. With a communication baud rate ranging from 300 to 9600bps, users can freely configure internal parameters. It can seamlessly interact with various serial input/output devices including computers, programmable controllers, and PLCs to establish an intelligent management system. Complemented by a data collector and full Chinese industrial control configuration software based on the Windows 9X platform, it facilitates robust network management of multiple meters and the upper computer.
